Genital Herpes and Chlamydia/Gonorrhea? Or freaking myself out.

This might be a long post but bare with me.

I had sex on December 18th with a girl I barely knew without protection (dumb, I know). I noticed January 2nd, I started having discharge and peeing problems (burning while peeing). I got tested on January 5th by my healthcare provider and said my tests turned out negative for Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Syphilis, HIV, and Herpes type 1 and 2 but said for the last two, even on blood tests it can not show up as late as 3 to 4 months later. Yet it is almost 4 weeks later and I still have the symptoms (imo) of an STD(s).

1. Burning when peeing

2. Clear discharge depending on some days or not.

3. Not being able to get all the urine out, like a leaky faucet it seems like.

4. 3 to 4 little red, pimple-like, bumps on the under shaft of my penis. They look like a tiny pimple except it won't pop and is not painful to touch at all. Obviously after trying to pop it for 5 minutes it hurts. I did manage to pop one and it was literally gone the next day

5. Quick pain on the penis shaft (as if someone pinched it for a couple of seconds on the skin)

6. Itchiness in the pubic area near the groin (crabs?)

7. Itchiness in the anus area (but never had anal foreplay/sex done to me)

I am going to Planned Parenthood this Friday to get a second opinion and I feel like I am freaking myself out. I can deal with Chlamydia/Gonorrhea but I feel terrible if I was diagnosed with Genital Herpes. I know that is what I get for doing that but still I feel terrible that this happened.

I have pictures of said bumps if anyone can give their honest opinion.

Hello,

I would get retested to be on the safe side. You are wise to go and get rechecked. Yes HIV can take up to 3 months to be found on a blood test.
Burning urine can be a symptom of having a UTI. Did you give a urine sample too for them to check for a urine infection?

Yes, I gave them a urine sample but I do not believe they were checking for UTI but just STD's.

If you have a high white cell count in your sample it can indicate an infection. They will be able to check. Did they examine the bumps when you were there too? make sure they examine the area. Most health professionals qualified in the sexual health area will be able to tell you if the resemble herpes etc.

Good replies! You have to go get re-tested. Make sure they take blood and urine AND give you an exam. Clearly something is amiss here and you def. need some medical help. Keep us posted!

It doesn't sound like herpes to me. I have GH, and your symptoms aren't what I experience during an outbreak. I don't have burning when peeing or discharge, and the sores are extremely painful, not just bumps.
