So, four days ago, I had sex with a woman. First time in four years. It started off protected but in a six hour sexual marathon, condoms did not last. That, and between the unprotected mutual oral, I'm not sure it would have helped a huge heap anyways.
Back on topic: Since then, I've been fatigued, nauseous and tired. I have a lack of appetite, abdominal pain and joint pains. My penis has acquired an unusual warmth to it, and a small red blotch of redness on it. Within the redness is a small cluster of bumps. I only noticed them last night. No pain or anything though.
I'm worried I've contracted Herpes; she got herself tested today and told me they came back negative, but she has shown no symptoms I have, or so she's told me.
I'm hoping that I've just caught a flu and the penis reaction is because I've been so busy lately (and I share a house with four) that I haven't been able to shower properly and instead give myself "Bird-Baths" (When you apply soap to the "major" parts of your body, I.E. armpits, face, and genitals) and my genitals have just had a negative reaction to the soap... But that seems a little too far-fetched.
If she was tested negative for STDs, but I show several the symptoms of Herpes, what else could it be?
I plan on getting checked myself tomorrow, but until then, I'm extremely worried.
Please help, I'd appreciate it greatly.

HIV is not transmitted through oral sex so you would have been 100% sure by that if you would have kept up with the condoms. Herpes is painful, but genital warts is not so if the bumps aren't painful I wouldn't be so quick to say it's herpes. Also, if it is an STD, she could have had one for a while with no symptoms and you have contracted it and this is your response to the infection. Go get yourself tested.

Please, dear God, don't mention HIV. I'm terrified of just Herpes.
The bumps appear to be a rash, as I have found out. They resemble a rash caused by a skin reaction to soap, which I had mentioned earlier about the bird baths. It doesn't hurt at all, but the skin with the rash sort of itches.
From everything I've read, HIV takes 2-3 weeks, and its only been four days. It can't be HIV, right?
I'm getting checked out tomorrow, regardless.
If the bumps are just a rash, then what about the other symptoms?
Also, fairly sure not HIV BESIDES the time, because I only have SOME of the symptoms, and the ones I do are shared with other, less serious STDs.
On that note, the nausea went away (until now because I'm terrified... HIV is sort of terrifying.) The fatigue has all but left and so has the stomach pains.

Don't worry yourself with the HIV, just educate yourself on the virus so you know how to protect yourself from it properly in the future. It could just be a rash, but it also could be chalymidia, genital warts, or Folliculitus which is just inflammation of one or more hair follicles depending on where this rash is.
