I had sex last week on monday night with a worker girl. i used a condom.
2 days later, i noticed my urine started smelling very foul. now on tuesday the week after (+8 days), the smell has subsided but is still there. I searched and assured myself it might just be Urinary Tract Infection and went to doctor yesterday and prescribed me antibiotics. I was scared I might have contracted HIV and looked for early symptoms. From this morning Tuesday, I noticed my right armpit is swollen, most possibly the lymph node I think since I just looked at online pictures. Possibly also the lymph node on the left side of my neck below the chin. I had to press on both to feel the bump although the armpit is slightly visible. Also, I had a sore throat since yesterday and think it might be yeast infection from the UTI or something. Also, yesterday on monday (+7 days), I started having diarrhea. It's not bad that it's uncontrollable, but everytime I need to go to the toilet to do the business, it's always diarrhea since yesterday. I read HIV might show these symptoms from the 2nd week to the 4th week. No onset of fever or irregular night sweats at the moment but I am getting worried. I still stay with my parents, what measures can I take to avoid contact with them?
Details on the sex, straightforward sex. I used a condom, at first she gave me oral. Then she was on top of me and before we rotated to do it doggy style, I had a pre-ejaculation inside the condom, very minor amount. Then came inside condom while I'm still inside her doggy-style. However, soon after I just rested on the bed without taking a ****. The girl went to toilet and took out wet tissue paper as well as dry ones and first cleaned the pubic hair area around my penis, then took out the condom and wiped my penis with I think the same wet tissue paper. She then used the dry ones to wipe my penis and surrounding area dry. She took a shower while I waited and I held my pee until I went to shower after her.
After reading online, I assumed I had UTI since its foul smelling, but now I worry if I might have contracted HIV as well. Please provide professional diagnosis whether my symptoms are high risks of HIV and whether our sexual actions puts me at high risk to get whatever diseases she has, specifically HIV. The doctor told me I can only check for STDs after a month and HIV 6 months after.
You wore a condom, therefore you had no risk of HIV. Oral sex is also no risk if HIV. As for the tissue, HIV can not be transmitted outside of the human body, it is a very weak virus and once exposed to air it would die. You have had no risk at all. Your symptoms are not HIV related.
thanks for that clarification. since i got the symptoms i have been scared incase the condom had torn or there was a hole in it. i realized i didnt check after sex and since i got the foul smeling urine, i was scared i might get other diseases too. as to the foul urine, i diagnosed myself from reading online that it might be UTI ( urinary tract infection ), but could it be something else? its very mild now but has not gone away completely.
HIV can not be diagnosed by symptoms, No matter what symptoms you get. If you are not sure if the condom broke then take a test. But to be honest if the condom broke you probably would have known about it. As for the smelly urine your best off seeing a doctor
it is now 3rd week since sex, 24th may, yesterday and day before, i experienced a little bit of chest pain while inhaling. at first when i woke up, and then a little bit during daytime. very minimal occurence however now i have a sore throat again. i am getting worried again. are these also symptoms?

on monday 11th june 2012 at approximately 4.30am (exactly the start of the 6th week after sex), i was hit with a severe case of diarrhea.
i was on a trip abroad, and while i had eaten a lot the whole 2 days prior to the sudden diarrhea, the diarrhea itself is very unusual as I went to the toilet for more than 10 times on the same day.
at first i thought it was just normal loose diarrhea. however, subsequent 'droppings' were just 'watery'. i was worried in case if it might have been leptospirosis or if kidney had failed and i couldnt pass urine as usual. (i was in 3rd world country). once the droppings that had food substances had finished, the 'watery' diarrhea was all thats left and it came out yellowish and also bubble'ish. i avoided food to clear my stomach of any new diarrhea. just had little snacks to eat prior to taking some imodium/lomotil medication for the diarrhea. the diarrhea did not seemed like a normal food poisoning to me. this was also because there are 'stretch'/shrink marks on my skin around my waist, shoulder to chest area and legs near crotch area. i suspected it may be 'fat' that got tossed out by the watery diarrhea.
next day on tuesday i flew back to my country having cleared my tummy of any food to avoid toilet issues when going back, and developed very mild temperature (maybe slight fever) and some flu/sneezing later in the afternoon. slight dry cough too but not frequent enough.
went to doctor on wednesday noon, got prescribed some meds for diarrhea, fever and flu. it is friday now, same week. fever is about gone today but slight tiredness, so has flu gone. diarrhea while on meds comes and goes. currently its gone but last night was suddenly hit with normal diarrhea just once.
also, to note, i noticed that im having some sort of muscle spasms. some parts of my arms, legs and a few other places seem to spazz out on its own. i can actually see the muscle spazzing on my arm when it occurs. more than usual.
other notes, guests at the hotel when i was abroad, in both rooms next to mine were coughing real bad too. i suspected it might have been hotel food or something which caused them to cough and my possible food poisoning. i hope that is the case rather than it be symptoms from earlier mistakes.
