treated 4 times for chlamydia

I have a similar condition. I was treated four times for chlamydia. The first two times were with Azythromycin but they failed. Then with a 10 day course of Doxycycline which was successful. I was finally tested negative for chlamydia. Still, I went on a 7 day course of Levaquin just to make sure.

Although I'm clear of chlamydia and my doctor says I have no other infection, I still have this constant damp feeling around my genitals. It's been there for about four months now. There seems to be moisture coming from my penis but perhaps also from my groin.

What could this be? Epididymitis? Genital warts? Some residual effect of the chlamydia infection? I'm still trying to figure this out.

I am dealing with the same problem, please let me know if you have found any answers. I am very nervous, the tests keep coming back saying I don't have Chlamydia anymore but yet I still have that damp feeling of moisture and testicular pain

No, I still have no answers. The dampness around my genitals is still there. It's been almost a year now. The dampness comes and goes throughout the day. It seems to be coming from outside the penis, but I'm not sure.

When I mentioned the dampness to my doctor, he seemed unconcerned and just told me I didn't have any other infection. So right now I try not to worry about it and just keep my eyes and ears open.
