Just because you have gonorrhea does not mean she passed it to you. If you have ever recieved oral sex, it is possible you got it through that.
If not, then how you got it could be a lot of things.
#1 - She passed it to you unknowingly, because if she ever noticed any symptoms, she probably never related them to an STD. Most people don't.
#2 - (one of the worst-case scenarios) She knew she had it and passed it on to you. OR
#3 - (also a worst-case scenario) She has had sex with someone else who was infected and passed it in to you through you two having intercourse together.
However, if she doesn't know, tell her that you have it, and if you've never had ANY sexual encounter whatsoever, not just intercourse (head, too), then tell her you obviously got it from her. Ask her what's up and talk things out.
If she goes and gets tested, and has it, too, then I suggest that you find out HOW she got it, if she knew, and if she did, why she had sex with you anyway.
I hope things work out between you two.
I'd hate to see a great relationship break up over something like this and I'm hoping she didn't pass it to you knowingly, or cheat on you.
But don't consider that until you know for sure.
It will just cause more stress for you and give you something else to worry about.
