I hate to say it, but both of you should get to the doctor and have it checked out. Every woman is different, especially down there, but it could be a symptom of an STD.
Genital warts are not often 'wart-looking,' they can manifest themselves just as harmless, painless, bumps.
I wouldn't really be alarmed, but I would definately check it out.
