There are so many types of discharge and you can't tell for sure if it's actually and STD unless your doctor took a swab of the discharge and had it cultured.
Discharge can change according to the time of your monthly cycle. I tend to get more just prior to my period and it changes colour and consistency. It could be a yeast infection, as not all yeast infections are the same. I've had times when i've had an infection of some sort and it didn't itch and didn't smell and after being tested it was found to be yeast. On another occasion it was bacterial vaginitis. Then again it could just be a case of your vaginal ph being out due to soaps you may use when washing. Get it tested anyway, as then you wont be losing sleep over a possible STD.
