I may have HPV but I need to know if I have a wart.There is an extra piece of skin on the opening of my penis.It doesn't look like a bump or anything it's just like a loose piece of skin that I can pull and stretch.It's not big,it's little so it's not really noticeable.And like in the inside of my head I feel a tingly type of itchy feeling.It's right in the inside of my head not on the outside on my skin or anything.I told my doctor this and she gave me some pills to take that clean out my urinary system but I don't think it worked for my problem.I was told that the tingly/itchy feeling inside of the head of my penis may just be an infection.I didn't actually tell my doctor about that certain symptom cause before that I just had pains in my penis but they've went away and now I have the tingly/itchy feeling.Somebody please respond to my post this time.

You shouldnt leave ANYTHING out...if you want a clean reliable dignose you cant leave anything out.

If I were you since the medicine that you took did NOT work I would go get checked out....

is it a flap of skin or a growth looking thing? I wish I could help...if I were you I would go get checked out...and then I would be able to advice you...I cant dignose you.

I would say that it is a HPV wart. I had the same thing years ago. Any yes, HPV warts do ocause itchy tingling in the area it has infected.

Wait...you cant dignose him by stating that...first he said there was a "flap of skin"...that is why I asked if it was in fact a flap of skin or was he just trying to explain it what it looks like....

There are other things that gives out "itching and tingling" for one herpes...yeah HPV SOMETIMES...NOT always...thrid it could be just a simple yeast infection.

however I would get checked out.

I got checked for all STD's and everything came out negative so I know it's not herpes.I probably have HPV since my girl told me her doctor told her that she may have it.But the skin that I'm talking about is not solid or has any roughness to it at all.I can pull it and it stretches but it's right on the opening of my penis...The skin that I'm talking about doesn't itch or hurt at all.I put some vinegar on it(tried my best not to get it inside my penis...Ouch!)and it didn't turn white.The tingly/itchy feeling that I'm talking about is inside of my penis,to be specific it's inside of my penis head.At first I thought that the itching was my outside skin but then I played close attention to it and I realized it was inside of my penis head.I've also felt sharp pains off and on inside other parts of my penis and I told my doctor all of this when I went a few weeks ago.I even showed her the skin that I'm talking about but she didn't say anything about it,she was more worried about what I was feeling in my penis.The medication she gave me calmed the pain down that I was feeling in my penis,but it didn't do anything for the feeling in my penis head.I went to the free clinic a couple of weeks before I went to the doctor to get tested and at that time the inside of my penis head really didn't itch at all.It was after the doctor stuck a long cutip down my penis to check for syphillis,when the inside of my penis head started to itch.And when I say inside I don't mean close to the opening I mean it's right where my penis head starts at.This is a very irritating feeling and I hope I can get this to go away!
