The odds are low, but hardly zero.
Herpers is probably the big one, though it would probably be Type 1, and if you already have type 1 orally, too, then you are probably immune to getting it in the genital region.
HPV is possible, but pretty rare. Chlamydia and gonnorhea are possible, but not likely. Occasionally, men will get symptoms leading to a diagnosis of prostatitis, though no infectious organism is ever found.
The odds are on your side, but it is always best to use condoms - even with "nice" girls.
