I started having symptoms that my doctor thought could be Chlamydia (very slight burning during urination). I was tested for Chlamydia and was found to be negative. I took 10 days worth of antibiotics anyway and the problem went away for about a month. Then it came back (very slight burning during urination, small amount of white discharge). I was again put on 10 days of antibiotics. Now 2 weeks later the symptoms seem to be returning, this time with a slight discomfort in my lower back and if I squeeze the shaft of my penis I sometimes get a slight milky color, but no burning during urination. By partner and I only have oral sex and he has has no symptoms of any kind. I am concerned about what this could be. Could it be an STD or UTI or what?
