Well, im 19 years old and ive had a normal sex life. Although I started masturbating very young (11). I have had several sex partners. However the past 3 years i have had a steady girlfriend.
About 2 years ago i noticed a very small bump on the foreskin section of my penis in the middle on the right side. This very small red bump is about the size of a needle tip, however, it is right in the middle of a raised surface of my penis that looks almost like a "C". It isnt very big, and to the naked eye you wouldnt even be able to notice it. But since I know my penis pretty well. I noticed this. It itches and sometimes after sex, burns on that spot.

I have went to the doctor 3 times. The first 2 times, he said it was a small infection and gave me some creams. The 3rd time it was a different doctor. And he said I was absolutely fine.

Now, my question is...what is this? Does anyone else have this on their penis? Or has anyone ever heard of this?

The spot is on the middle right side of the foreskin area. its raised up just slightly, almost in a "C" shape. With a small red bump in the middle.

This has been baffling me for 2 years now. And it is really starting to get on my nerves, because lately it has been itching more. And the fact that the doctors havent been helpful, really baffles me more.
