small red bumps on penis head?
 

I had unprotected sex with my fiancee and 2 days or so I noticed that I had small red bumps on my penis head. Only noticed when I was flaccid and not when I was erected. The only thing I can think of is when I washed my penis I used soap and it burned a little bit. I'm thinking might an irritation due to the soap? But also during our intercourse I bled a little bit due being uncircumcised and forcing the penetration. I think I may have popped a vessel? We are both tested an STD free, so I'm kinda stunned.

Also, the bumps don't itch or have any feel. Just visual.
