No one knows what it is... i am really lost and need help

I cant go to the hospital for 3 weeks or something because i just managed to clear some issues with my insurance. But i still have to wait till its activated again.
I have been having these same symptoms for over 3 months now. My ex-girlfriend doesnt have any symptoms and got tested for all STDs. She doesnt have anything but HSV-1. But she doesnt have any symptoms.
I have concerns about herpes, but don't think I have the known symptoms like specifically a breakout of open sores. Instead, I've this sensation of burning, but more like a feeling that I know it's there at the tip of my penis. It's not specifically after urination but just when I think about it . I also have this somewhat "heavy" feeling in my penis at times almost like there's urine queued up but there's not. The area around under the tip might be a little red, but doesn't look that different than normal. There is no unusual discharge of any kind. I have some little (pin head size) red bumps around the head but they may have always been there (I've not inspected my penis as much as I have in the last months!).
These symptoms dont match anything that i know but i am sure that there is something wrong down there. I thought it might be UTI but then why are there tiny little spots on my penis rim (many of em and you cant see them unless you really look very closely under a light)
that is all really weird. First off, have you slept with anyone besides your ex? Secondly, if she has been checked out the only thing she might have would be HPV .. cause i dont think they really test for that. You could have a UTI .. and then the bumps could be unrelated. I had some little bumps (different though bc i am a girl) and my doc told me it was just some little skin glands.. and that some of them just looked irritated but that it was nothing. Have you seen a doctor about this?
No, i didnt sleep with anyone else but her. So, if there is something wrong with me then she gave it to me. She didnt get tested for HPV because her doctor didnt think it was necessary. She doesnt have any abnormal pap or visible warts.
I didnt see a doctor because of my insurance problems. I just cant understand whats wrong with me because these symptoms dont fit in any specific STD.
I dont know if the bumps are normal or not. But i know i need help because thinking constantly about this is driving me crazy and i cant concentrate on anything anymore when i am alone.

I am going through the same thing too. After receiving protected oral sex, my urethra became REAL irritated. It tingled and it felt like something wanted to pop out my pee hole. I took my swab test, which I would recommend you to do, it's the only way to you'll find out what's going on. As for the bumps, it could be a lot of reasons. You're probably as paranoid and freaked like me, and I STILL AM. I hope for the best, keep praying. Goodluck.
I also am having the same problem. At first the doctor diagnose it with genital herpes (100 percent sure). I then took a blood, turn out negative yesterday (thank god).
Just trying to finding what is the red on the uretha (penis tip).
I put some Zovirax ointment on it now the red has fainted and the pain is gone but still mild red.
No one knows what it is... i am really lost and need help
