Post Wart bled, have i infected other areas?

I scratched this wart which was on my lap.. it was dry so i picked it and saw a little blood, which I got on my index finger. Does this mean that my finger's infected, and if i happend to have touched other areas like my penis, would that site be infected too?

what do you mean by your lap? if you mean the top of your thigh.. then yes i believe that might be a strain that you transfer to your finger. BUT if it was somewhere in your genital area, and is genital warts then it wont transfer to your finger but it could to your penis. I dont think you really have anything to worry about bc if you already had genital warts you would just have it anyway, and if its not genital warts then it wont turn into it.

Does that mean my finger is infected? and warts will soon start growing there? And what if i touched my genitals? Will it affect that part?

Ok, listen. Different strains of HPV affect different parts of your body. I still dont know what you mean by "lap" but read my other post again. If by lap you just mean part of your leg, then that is probably a strain that affects body skin. If you mean in your crotch area somewhere then it is probably a genital strain. THEY DO NOT transfer from one to the other. Plus if you washed your hand then you probably killed the virus that was on your finger. But the thing is, the blood doesnt matter. HPV is tranmitted by skin- to -skin conact, NOT BLOOD. Dont freak out about this because once you have the virus in your skin it can spread but only to area that that strain is specific for!

Please excuse my stupidity, I'm just really concerned and paranoid. Still at my teens, and I'm just picking up the details to be informed in the future.

aab you mentioned that it'd only affect that area of the skin, which was yes on my leg. Will it then only affect that area? because I scratched it and I saw blood in it. I then touched my penis without noticing there was this dried blood stain on my finger tip.
By what you said, does that imply that warts will not grow on my penis then? and that it wont grow on my finger which i scratched the wart with either.
I really appreciate your help, and for those who can input their thoughts, please do. Thanks.
