I had been plagued with acne all my life. I hit my 40's and received some sound advice from my doctor. I was B6 deficient, causing the acne. I started taking 100 mg per day to start with and dropped it to 50 mg per day after, and when my monthly cycle would start, I would again take 100 mg per day.
I have been virtually acne free ever since. Acne, just like asthma has been discovered to be a vitamin deficiency! Not many doctors want you to know about it. I am so thankful to my doctor being honest about this.
