my anxiety and how i helped myself
firstly remember this is only a breif period in your life and wont last forever!
I cut out caffine and ate healthy and took out any stress on my cross trainer at home(cheaper to me than going to the gym!)
My anxiety arose when i left my family home to live in student accommodation as this was a big change in my life, and had panic attacks, but avoided places were i knew i would panic (in my case it was the bus and cafe). But as soon as you get into a routine and have fun with friends then nothing is daunting anymore. i began making friends that were on the bus and going to the cafe with friends.
