| Introduction
I was diagnosed with depression in july,2007 & have been through two tdoc's so far(still waiting on a third to be assigned to my case) & I currently am taking Lexapro,30 mgs per day & vistaril,25 mgs as needed.My pdoc wanted to try lithium because the Lexapro has been crapping out on me lately but after my blood work came back showing low dilantin levels(I've been on dilantin since 1993) she decided to hold off on the lithium for now.
In addition to depression I also suffer from AS(Asperger's Syndrome) making it much harder for me to socialize & form relationships.My former tdoc,and my pdoc agree with me that this may have been a trigger for my depression last summer & after what happened to me today I'm feeling quite miserable right now.
