It it best to talk to a doctor about going on medications, whether they are prescription or herbal. I always tell patients never turn to thinking medication solves problems, because they don't, it can make matters worse. With situations that happen, whether taking medication or not, it always takes time. Never try and rush an issue to disappear. However, you can take vitamin B supplements to help with stress.
