chronic pain

I have several issues that cause my pain and ITP (a blood disorder that keeps my blood from clotting ) which makes many meds dangerous for me to use. I have had fibro for many years and had it somewhat controled enough that I could continue to work. In 2003 I was in an auto accident. Sitting at a light and a firetruck lost control, hit the car I was in head on. I had several injuries (minor) and a broken hip socket. Since then my pain problems have increased to the point that I had to stop working. I now have developed arthritis and it only adds to my misery. So far nothing has helped the pain. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
