Hi...there is a test that the doctor can do to see if you're immune. If not, there is a shot you can have if the fetus is less than 20 weeks.
Shingles is just as contagious as chicken pox, and extremely dangerous to the developing fetus if you're not immune.
Definitely get it checked into....if you're in a clinic where you can be moved, maybe that's a good option so that the exposure will be lessened.
Did you have chicken pox when you were a kid?
