Talking Nerve pain in back where I had shingles previously
I been under a great deal of stress lately trying to keep up financially while my bum of a boyfriend (now ex-bf) was out of work. I have schizoaffective disorder so my reaction to the stress keeps me from getting adequate rest and eating right. So I would not be suprised if I am having another attack of shingles. Having sharp shooting nerve pain, becoming more and more severe. Just my luck...

I'm sorry you have had such a stressful situation. Those types of happenings would cause anyone to have stress. Have you been given any type of biofeedback assistance? Learning how to control emotions and keep calm can help so much. Do you do anything to help you sleep better and get a full night's rest? Lack of sleep is so hard on your body and mind. Also, a multivitamin like Stresstab may give you some help.

I hope you don't have another outbreak of shingles.

Susan.....Tell me more about Stresstabs as i've never heard of them before and was looking them up on the net to no avail. Maybe they are an prescription vitamin?? Thanks again !! harry.......
