hi...
i am a 21 yr. old female...and i think i have shingles....

i had pain last sat...(under my boob and around onto my back...i thought it was just my bra)
then, on sunday...i noticed a rash developing...monday...it got really pink...then on tue. the pain intensified...and now i have little blisters all over the rash...

I made a dr. appt. for tomorrow afternoon....

I was wondering if anyone knew what my dr. would give me, since it is so late into the infection? Also, when does the infection hurt the most...b/c this blister phase is unbearable...And, how long will it be before the pain begins to subside?

I have the exact same thing. I went to the dr. right away. He diagnosed it as shingles and gave me a 10 day supply of Valtrex. However, I don't really have any pain,other that it feels like a sunburn and itches. Hope the dr. was able to help you!
