allsorts Inactive (male) Join Date: Jan 2006 Posts: 287	recurring shingles Hi peeps, I'm wondering if anyone can help me out, I keep getting shingles, I had them 6 months ago badly, and every now and then they keep coming back. My doctor just tells me to get lots of rest and eat healthy which I am. However, this doesn't seem to work, because I still keep getting them, and the fatigue and pain is very interfering with life and nobody seems to understand. Any ideas?
