Recurring shingles on both sides of my body.
I have started to have shingles for about a year now. The out breaks have started to occur every few months. About 6 mos ago, it went to the other side of my body. I have had them on my right calf, my righ Achille's Tendon, the bottom of my right foot, the side of my left foot and now on my left thigh. They usually occur twice in those places before moving on to the next spot.

Shingles occur more frequently when your immune system is depressed. Physical and emotional stress can lower your immunity. You should evaluate your diet and try to build up your nutritional status by eating good foods and including some daily vitamins.
