Red face Shingles
Hi all

I have a problem with Shingles, it just doesn't want to go away, i know this is due to all the stress in my life at the moment, but does anyone know of any remedies that might help sooth it a bit more, at the moment i am using Zovirax cream, and doesnt seem to do alot.I have also tried calamine lotion, and had anti viral tablets too.

Hi,

My sister suffered from shingles when she was younger and when she get's extremely stressed out in her life or sudden change in her diet seems to irritate it. I'm to to familiar with it but with her, if she tries to relax and not be so stressed out (easier said then done) and change her diet and eating habits, seems to help a bit. Other than that, I am sorry you are suffering from this as I know it can be very painful and unpleasant.
