I finally got rid of my rotator cuff and nasty shoulder pain. Here's how I did it.

Defeated CHF, A-Fib, HBP, Diabetes, Asthma
⇒ Avoid chemicals;triggers;irritants;toxins
⇒ Taken blood pressure ~31k
⇒ egg, cereal, veggie diet 50% fat;25% carb
⇒ Power walk,Weights,Bike,Steps
