Torn rotator cuff pain.
I tore my rotator cuff 2 1/2 years ago that didn't require surgery. Whenever I run, workout (i can forget about doing any kind of weight lifting), or use my right arm repetitively for ten to twenty minutes I am in a lot of pain. My job also requires me to sometimes do some lifting so does anyone know any good stretches or anything I could do to lessen the pain?
