Angry frozen shoulder diagnosis (newly diagnosed)

I have been going thru bouts of not being able to even lift my left arm for like 2 weeks now. The pain has been so excruciating, affecting sleep and normal everyday activities. I cant lift my left arm at all. I am typing with one hand right now. I havent really researched what this condision is that I was told I have. (FROZEN SHOULDER) I went to the ER finally 2 nights ago, as I was in the worst dam pain EVER. My shoulder wasnt working at all, and my arm was just dangling, as If I had broken the thing. Could use some advice and/or suggestions. Thanks

Re: frozen shoulder diagnosis (newly diagnosed)

You dont have a frozen shoulder. Firstly you are ten years too young. Secondly it doesnt begin with bouts of pain. Thirdly after two weeks of a frozen shoulder it would just be an unpleasant ache. "Worst pain ever", arm just dangling" would suggest a diagnosis of acute subdeltoid bursitis. Go back to ER and get them to use a longe needle with some numbing mixture and infiltrate it. Wait five minuter and see if the pain has subsided and then some hydrocortizone if it has. If still painfull try again. Good luck.
