"Sticky" sound in left shoulder when reaching left hand to right shoulder?
I have had left shoulder pain for nearly two months now, but I won't be able to see a doctor for another month or two.
Anyway, the level of pain changes depending on posture/activity/etc., but I just noticed a "sticky" sound (NOT a "popping" sound) whenever I reach my left hand across my chest and to my right shoulder (or behind it). I hadn't really noticed this before, but it seems to be there without fail whenever I move it as described above. The movements that cause this sound aren't particularly painful on their own, however.
Is this the sound of things healing? Getting worse? Completely unrelated?
My healthy/healthier right shoulder doesn't make this sound when I make the same movements with my right hand.
Thanks.
