| Shoulder pain and swelling in right shoulder blade
I have pain on the left side of my right shoulder blade. There is a slightly swollen area (about 1" wide and about 2" long) and feels like burning and sometimes stings. This happened about a week ago. The swelling came out a day or so later after the pain. I tried ice packs which seemed to help but it keeps coming back. It will get better but then flares up. When this came on, I remembered reached far forward earlier in the day but nothing streneous to pull a muscle or anything. I work a stressful desk job.What could this be?
