| Re: right shoulder blade pain
Hi! Don´t know if it´s your first post, anyhow intelligent to notice it and look for a solution! I´d a pain behind my shoulder blade which comes and goes, after working 1 day it starts, 2 days is worse, 3 days even worser. I do kitchen work so intensive hand-work. My PT now for 4 1/2 years found out I´ve a slight right bend in my upper back.(as in scoliosis) This bend compensates for a small bend in my lower back, in the opposite direction. These deviations seem to be well known in the science of physiotherapy. As a result of this bend your shoulder blade (clavicle) can´t move freely and small swellings occur. You´d better find an experienced pt who´ll help you. B.W.
