oh..one last thing I wanted to ask all of you....Do you think it's possible I've damaged myself permanently? Because the sleep/bowel thing isn't really improving all that much. I can get through this...but I'd rather not have to take restoril or ambien every couple days. Does that improve? I'll tell you honestly...that's the biggest temptation to get strung out again. Normal bathroom visits and a solid 6 hours sleep.

i guess the bowel thing can last for awhile i had a friend plus from experience she quit vicodin/oxycotin 5 months ago and still every now and then has the bowel issue and for me 90 days methadone free i still suffer a little bit from it i can't give advice in the sleep department i was on trazadone the whole time and never had a problem sleeping trazadone was a god sent for me have you tried benydrl howard 678 uses it and says it works pretty well hope i helped i was on methadone and have read it can take years for a normal sleep pattern but everyone is different and methadone is different you could be sleeping tonight try a vitamin b complex it gets your brain back to normal it doesn't work over night but it definitly helps congrats on your recovery your doing awesome and i promise things get better kelleigh also try immodium ad itworks pretty well
