Hi Kelleigh, You know, I think it is time for you to try and find a new line of work.I know that it is much easier said than done, but as long as you continue to aggrevate your back and other body parts, you will never get that pain down to a tolerable level.
i cleaned houses for a living along with my husbands cousin for about three years way back when and I would come home most days completely exhausted and in alot of pain in my knees and my lower back from all of the "aerobics".and this was way before i started having any major problems with my legs and back.cleaning and all of the stuff you have to do, is extremely hard on your body for even "normal" people. If you have any kind of back problems, it really compounds the problem.Espescially vacuuming!this probably one of the worst possible things that you can do to an already painful back.
This constant aggrevation is just making things much worse for you.things will never calm down for you while you continue to do this everyday.it is just immpossible.
i know that it is difficult to find a job that you can do that will minimize the strain but this is just going to keep progressing until you just will not be able to work anymore at all.and then where will you be?
i know how you feel kelleigh,I went through this too,but you really need to look very hard at changing your line of work before you get to the point where your pain is so out of control that will be unable to work at all.
Just something to think about.Take care, Marcia
