But hey what ever you are doing/taking is working and it sounds perfectly healthy so keep it up!
Oh I just read your klonopin medication. oops that's not too healthy. sorry. Isn't that a benzodiazaphine? Maybe do a little search on the klonopin and make sure you know what you're taking there because my mom took a benzo to help her sleep in 1994 and is now totally addicted. I think you're only supposed to be on a benzo for about 2 weeks and after that you're all NEEDING it. (I had to send her to a drug rehab, and that didn't even work).
So maybe your sleeping well 'cause of the unhealthy medication. Maybe try SlOWLY tapering off that while keeping up your HEALTHY vitamin intake.
Let me know how you're doing.
Oh I just realized that I was talking to someone other than the OP. Well I've TRIED just taking iron BYW and it did seem to help for half a night, but the magnesium has CURED me. That's why I'm not on here as a complaining senior member. So trust me, it's just a vitamin for God's sake. Or you can be closed minded and become a 5 star senior member here.

Michele, I do take magnesium and no I don't take any drugs. I'm not taking iron any more because I was recently tested and the test showed my levels were fine. It could be the magnesium helping. I just wanted to share what I've read about the iron in the brain, also. I try EVERYTHING!!! Well, no drugs yet. My restless leg has gotten so much better but I really can't say why. I continue to take the vitamins I mentioned in an early post here.
