I recently found out that I am allergic to histamines, and ragweed. Possibley mold. I have slight naisal and sinus congestion, but the main thing is chest congestion. My chest feels like its full and like someone is sitting on it. I did get a prescription, but it did not work so I go back today to get something else. Any suggestions on what can clear up your chest?
Maybe try bronchodialator (spelling?) like ventolin or oxeze - or ask about pulmacort (inhaled steroid). Not being able to breathe properly is the pitts. good luck
