Isn't caffeine supposed to relieve asthma symptoms by bronchodialation? The basis for theophylline based drugs?

Apparently, people whos asthma is effected by there hormones are less responsive to steroids.
I get really bad around the time of my period too.

Some people get better with caffeine, others get worse.

I guess some may, personally I think theophyllin is a wonder drug!! Wouldn't be breathing without it!! I ran out a little while back and stupidly decided not to take it for a few days and ended up in hospital.
