Post A long sleepless night

To everyone that I offended, I am truly sorry. To everyone that said all the nice words, thank you so much. After a very long sleepless night I finally came to terms with myself. Please bare with me.
Tuesday night I had a friend that I have known since I was 5 years old. A very close and dear friend that passed away and I have not been able to deal with this very good. I tried to come on here and read and post, but I let my sadness and madness take over. My friend died alone and that hurts deeply. His own daughter left him alone and went out.He passed while she was out partying.
Mostly, I think I am upset so much that I can't make the trip to Bristol,Tenn to his funeral.
Anyway, I am back to ground zero again and I think I have what brains I had back. Hey, rescue.. hang in there. For us that judge wrongly I appolgize.
To the special ones out there and you know who you are.. Thank you
By the way... I got up to 2 miles this am on the tredmill.
Thanks everyone and he'sssssssssssssssssssss back

Dear aroberts,
I am sorry to hear about your loss. I have been on this board for a little while and have read quite a few of your posts and you are always a positive force. I am glad you have decided to stay and may you find peace in all the crazyness.
God bless and take care.

ALex,I am so very sorry to hear of your friends passing I know how deeply sad you must be and I understand your anger at your daughter but you can't change what has happened and please don't feel guilty about that or the fact that you can't go to TENN.I know it hurts as you want to pay your respects but I believe that what you feel in heart is a true respect and from posting here with you I believe your friend was very forunate to have had you in his life, grieving is a very human emotion allow yourself the time you need to do this and know you are loved here and that we do respect who you are ,I for just one will be here for you however I can be!Once again I'm terribly sorry for your loss.

Hey Alex - 2 Miles???

Proud of you! I did one mile on treadmill and was elated (and sore). Took me 23 minutes. And... I've had no surgery!

Good job!

So sorry about your loss. God Bless you in this time of sorrow.
