questions about stuff nose

I have chronic stuffy nose, all season i have been stuff making it hard to breath sometimes, can that kind of stuffyness cause lightheadedness? Just wonderin, let me know please thx

i htink so, it does for me, once in awhile. i have stuffed nose etc, cuz of allergies. (blech, i have 12)

I don't even know how many allergies I have but I have chronic sinuinitis the entire year~!! Yeah, it sucks...Have you tried Zyrtec or an over the counter remedy like sudafed 12 hour yet?

Shortness of breath can cause you to be lightheaded. Its like stretching real big then afterwards you are lightheaded for a second its because it takes for breath out.

YUGO-

Along the same lines as eightball"s post...If your nose is stuffy and congested, you tend to mouth breathe (and therefore hyperventilate), causing lightheadness.
