Side effect of BC pill?

I am on my 2nd month of Aviane (the generic of Alesse) and I'm not sure if I'm having side effects or not. I've always had a flat stomach and since this pill my stomach seems to stick out a bit.. and I haven't gained any weight.
I'm also really gassy and feel bloated all the time but I haven't seen this as a side effect in the pamphlet they include with the prescription. I've been on Ortho Tri-Cyclen and Mircette and this hasn't happened to me. Is this related to the change in pills or is it a side effect of something else? Has anyone else experienced this or know what to do to help stop it? Thanks!

It is probably from the pill change. I was on the pill for 4 yrs. Started with Ortho-Cept-- But I had heavy periods, then I was switched between about 4 different pills and between all those different ones in like 10 mths, I was gassy, Bloated and just uncomfortable. Then i went on Alesse and that was the best for me. But All women are different. If I was you I'd go to the Doctor and have them put you on a different pill. They all work differently to different women. Don't worry though-- That pill is making you be like that!
