I don't think either of the meds is to blame. For the upper right quadrant pain, one should always first suspect gall bladder inflammation, stones or both. An echogram will confirm <and a Liver flush will CURE.> A good cheap test is no snacks after dinner and then a fatty breakfast of 1/2 pound of not-too crisp bacon, a couple eggs and toast with LOTS of butter...heavy cream in your coffee. If that breakfast doesn't have you HOWLING from waves of pain in a half hour, your GB is sound

Problems with urination...bladder infection, maybe...just a stab in the dark here??
Accupril and HCTZ sounds like a good, effective combo if you aren't a "cougher" from the ACE inhibitors.
