After 3 hrs of searching the web, I finally realized that someone here would probably have the answer I am seeking and I should have come here first!

Q:What is the wind speed velosity of a laden swallow? (Ooops! Wrong question! I must be losing my focus after all that lame www. surfing )

Real Question: Does anyone know or have a dosage conversion on the the ratio or dosage equivelance of Adderall XR and Concerta? i.e. If I am taking 18mgs of Concerta what would a similar dosage be of Adderall XR? Also, 27mgs of Concerta equals ______ of Adderall XR.

Please forgive the silliness, I'm brainfried, exhausted and disperate for an answer

Adderall is amphetamine salts, Concerta is methylphenidate. You cannot convert the doses. If you switched to adderall you would just have to start on a low dose and work your way up to a dose that works for you.
