I am new here

I am new here. Hope I am doing this correctly. I currently have Wellbutrin Xl, cymbalta, and Lexapro in my cabinet. I have been prescribed those for anxiety and panic disorder. I haven't really taken any of these for over a week due to the side effects. The wellbutrin makes me nervous, the lexapro and cymbalta make me tired. I can't take being sleepy, but also can't take being nervous. Are there any suggestions? I used to take zoloft, and I took serzone for years. My dr. didn't want me to take the serzone any more and I gained weight on it,also.

Hi dancer

I would take 1 of the antidepressants only, it takes 2 to 6 weeks for it to become effecive and needs to be taken daily, start with a small dose for a while

Re: I am new here

Thanks! I am supposed to take only one. My gyn suggested Wellbutrin and I tried it, but it made me anxious. My family doctor wanted me to take cymbalta or lexapro. We tried the lexapro at first, but I was so tired on it. I have all these bottles of prescriptions and I am trying to find the one to stick with. Now, I am trying the cymbalta at 60 mg, but it sure does make me nauseous. I am going to try to stick with it at least two weeks and see if it is the one for me. I just wanted some advice on what works for everyone else.

Re: I am new here

I take Effexor. When I first started taking it I felt nauseous and tired but after about 3 weeks all of side effects went away. I agree, I think you just need to give it time.
