Withdrawal from antibiotics?

Is it possible to have withdrawal from antibiotics? I have been on Avelox for 10 days, which made me somewhat nervous and dizzy but I stuck with it. My last dose was saturday night, today is monday morning. I feel extremely light headed and anxious. Is it possible to have withdrawal from a strong anti? How long does it take the body to readjust?

Thanks,
Adam

Re: Withdrawal from antibiotics?

Yes, it is possible to have withdrawal from an antibiotic or any other type of drug on the market. This can even happen with cold medicine and cough syrup! The time that it takes your body to adjust depends on you. Some people never even have withdrawal symptoms or feelings while others can take a couple of weeks to get back to normal.
