But I'd suggest the old "kerry1 treatment" for congestion - keep warm and dry, sleep a lot, stay away from dairy foods, fruit juices, and soy milk. Keep the liquids coming, but make sure they're clear - room-temp water, herb tea, freshly-expressed vegetable juice (if you have a juicer). This will help any congestion problem. Also take lots of Vitamin C to boost your immune system!! There's no quick cure for any lung ailment - so you have to rely heavily on your immune system in a case like this. Good luck.
