Re: Bad Breath has changed my personality: Part 3

I hope someone could answer this question:

If BB began after hormonal changes, could the program that Seeker77 adviced, be helpful?

Any thoughts? Please, someone... This is very important to me.

Diggler, I agree with your preception with it starts physiological side. do most of you feel that you are deficient of something even though relatively healthy?

Seeker, I did Atkins and south beach diets to lose some lbs. which meant cutting out carbs/sugar. breath felt un-funktified. since then back on sugar and its waaaaaaaaaaaay funky again. Agree with your outlook. Keep us posted.

Can you fill me in some daily diet meals you had? how about fruit? Fruit I found hard to cut out. but its a natural sugar, etc. how about splenda products or sugar substitutes?

thoughts?

I don't know abuout the puberty part...I have had bo and bb for soo long. You asked about the no dairy and sugar diet. I mostly did water (lots of it) (at least a gallon a day), no dairy (no butter, eggs, margeriane etc..) or any products that contained these things... NO white anything...veggies. After three weeks of this the mucuous was gone and my tongue clear my body odor changed but it very went away...during that same time I went to have my teeth cleaned.

I couldn't stay on it...one I couldn't afford it...and its very difficult to stick to...because its soo restrictive.

Astelin (azelastine HCl)- Also contains sodium chloride, dibasic sodium phosphate, hypromellose, edetate disodium, citric acid, benzalkonium chloride and purified water.

The stuff works great. Keeps me clear all day long.

Seeker, have you cured your bad breath?
I've often wondered how accurate it is but I know it is reading something, when I ask my friend who has absolutely no breath problems (lucky) she always blows a 1 meaning no smell. I only blow a 1 on it 20 mins after I do my whole routine and sometimes during the day. I know it at least picks the VSC's up, although as you said probably not accurate but it does detect them I believe.
