Re: Bad Breath has changed my personality: Part 3

a1nerd, you might not see the desired results, but you will see results on a non-sugar diet. Only a small portion of people have bad breath unrelated to oral bacteria. Either way, you should see reductions in bad breath very soon after cessation of refined sugars at the very least because the bad bacteria has lost its major food source.

Last week I ate sandiches for lunch at work. My breath was pretty bad because of the white bread mostly. ONe day I ate a hamburger from Wendy's and that really really stank up my breath. This week i returned to my chicken & rice diet (with vegetables) & noticed a big difference. Sometimes a work when the stress is high, I like hitting the vending machine to buy a candybar, but I know better than that now. For some reson GOd always seems to put the wrong person in front of me just after I eat bad breath food.

I really like this Hexarinse mouthwash. While it's thick, it doesn't leave as much of a horrible aftertaste & doesn't ruin my sense of taste as much.

Re: Bad Breath has changed my personality: Part 3

My astelin friend has had those problems for years. He's tried every pill, nasal spray, ENT docs to no avail. Time to look at systemic causes/diet.

I eat alot of what denny does, plus soy or rice milk, fresh tofu stir fried, and fish. I also like the powdered kamut/wheat grass - full of vitamins, chlorophyll, oxygen, cleanses colon, alkalinizes the system, gives me energy. I drink it first thing in the morning mixed with purified water.

Re: Bad Breath has changed my personality: Part 3

I've been pretty interested by what Seeker planned out.

I'm keen to actually try some of the stuff mentioned.

Seeker, could you answer a couple of questions about the liver flush to clear some things up for me.

I found the main site for the liver flush described, it seemed quite informative. But somehow i'm a bit sceptical (not as to whether it helped you, but as to whether it does what it says).

For a start, 2000 gallstones don't seem like they would be able to fit in the liver and gall bladder, in fact it seems impossible. Whats your view on this?

I found a post from the archives on this board that was interesting.

Please read here:
http://www.healthboards.com/boards/archive/index.php/t-13529.html

Now even if they aren't in fact gallstones, i'm still going to consider doing it because i've read about other people benefiting from a flush too.

Another question i have is, Seeker, did you do the Parasite Program and Kidney Cleanses before doing your liver flushes?

Anyone elses thoughts on this would be appreciated too.

Many Thanks.

Re: Bad Breath has changed my personality: Part 3

Thanatos, I don't think the fish is as disastrous on my breath as milk, yogurt or coffee are, but I do notice a fishy body smell only after I've eaten fish. My girlfriend says the same thing happens when she eats it - her body smells like fish the next day, then goes away. Kinda like garlic. I eat the mild white fish like tilapia, haddock, cod, orange roughy.
