Re: which mineral makeup is good? Preferably no shine

Hi,
Has anybody tried sheer cover? I am thinking about buying it, but am not sure how it will work or look on my face. Thanks~Jewels

Kerri67 -
I have used Renova, but didn't really see a lot of difference with it, so for now, I've dropped it from my regimen. I've never heard of or used green cream. For now, I'm really pleased with the products I'm using & am getting great results - although I do adjust things from time to time. I know some ladies do incorporate Retin-A (or similar products) into their CP/glycolic routines without any problems.

Jewlesjade I ordered the Sheer cover about a week and a half ago and they just emailed me to say it was being shipped monday so I am hoping I get is soon. I have asked about it on these boards before but didn't get much of a response to it. Alot of people seem to prefer the bare minerals, or bare escentuals... I am hoping I like the Sheer Cover.

Re: which mineral makeup is good? Preferably no shine

I haven't used Sheer Cover, but it is similar to BE - both contain the shiny mica & bismuth. I don't know how much coverage you can build with the SC.

Jelohi - you're correct - Mineral Secrets claims to not contain mica. I meant Sheer Cover when I typed Mineral Secrets - so that was a typo on my part. Sorry! But it does contain bismuth, which will still give some "shininess" to the product.
