yes, i am using it now. i also used it about 8 years ago and lost 20 lbs in 2 months. Its like speed. I was NEVER hungry and actually lost the weight because i never ate(like days on end,no food!) I clean my house like a fanatic and i liked that! I am using it now because slowly over 8 years and one pregnancy i gained back the weight. I had dry mouth and sometimes oily face. (also I talked incessantly!) I have been taking it now for 1 and 1/2 weeks and have lost 10lbs
