I haven't been on any BCP before so i am very concerned about its side effects. I read all the posts here related to acne and Tri-Spintect and found out many of you have mentioned that this generic brand is far worse than the brand one (eg.it causes bleeding...it causes worse acnes...) I wonder if I should take them back to my pharmacy and talk to my MD to see if she can perscribe me the Ortho Tri-Cyclen instead? What do you gals think? Should I give it a shot ( my next period will come in about 5 days)? Or shoud I ask for a new px? All comments are appreciated!

The generic LEGALLY has to be identical to the brand. Give it a try first. If you find that you don't like it after a few months, simply request the brand on your next refill.
Most pharmacies will not take back meds once they have left the store, anyway.
