Mainly when I talk, especially on the phone, very healthy otherwise. Went to Dr, said it may be allergy, took some kind of allegra or something every day for 2 weeks, it helped somewhat. But I can't take that stuff forever. Had it for months and months, like I said, otherwise very healthy and fit. I'm 52.
And don't tell me to shut up, I don't talk very much as it is.
did you have a cold at any time just prior to this starting up? if so, maybe a small touch of bronchitus.
i took allegra for years, i stopped and never should have. now i am suffering with blocked eustachion tubes and vertigo

I had a bad cold when it all started, not bronchitas, I have had that before, I'm not sick, just a small irritation in my throat or whatever every so often.
Not big on candy or gum.
